I am a 70-year-old woman with joint pain, and my blood pressure was too high. I read The Internal Flame with great interest and started taking Lifeguard Essentials. Some weeks later I took my BP, and to my great surprise it was normal; and it has stayed so. I have been very busy and I hadn’t done a single other thing towards improving my health. Gradually my sore shoulder and neck pain have completely gone, and my weak ankle is better to the point where I can now walk 2-3 km daily, which is a huge improvement. I also have more energy and am now optimistic that I can continue to regain my health. I am very impressed.

Having taken Lifeguard Essentials for over two years now, I really notice them when I forget to take them for awhile. An old knee injury plays up. I feel more general soreness after exercise. My joints are noisier. It’s amazing how quickly that goes away when I get back on the wagon. Thanks for a great product. It really helps me.

Although I began taking LifeGuard Essentials capsules quite some time ago, I've run out twice and not got round to taking any again for 3 or 4 weeks each time. On both occasions, I have noticed the return of 'clickiness' and a considerable degree of joint discomfort in my right thumb. I'm guessing the beginnings of arthritis in the area. The clicking and discomfort disappears right on cue about 1-2 weeks after beginning supplementing again with LifeGuard Essentials. I appear to have inadvertently organised my own little experiment and I'm now convinced these little capsules are effective! I won't be running out again....

Since taking Lifeguard Essentials for over 6 months, I have had less pain through my body, having previously had aching joints especially in my hip area where I have had a full replacement.

I am a great believer in nutritional supplements and was impressed that Dr Mulgan was recommending them so decided to make a change and try them out. Because I have been taking other products I am not noticing a huge difference. But know if I stopped I would. In my 70s and on no medication I am aware in this covid climate I need to keep my immune system functioning well.

I had been suffering with bad swollen feet which were also very very painful - I read the article in a copy of NZ Life and Leisure and decided I would try the product - I am very pleased I did as I believe they have assisted in reducing the swelling and pain over a period of time.

I started taking Lifeguard Essentials after reading an article in Life and Leisure. At the time I was suffering from inflamed tendons in my wrist. I had been going to physio, doing exercises and acupuncture. After completing my first bottle I noticed less discomfort and pain in my wrists. Now a few months later I no longer have any pain. Thank you for a great product. It has made a huge difference to my wellbeing.

Have had pain in hands and wrist joint, medical tests showed early arthritis. Doctor said use splint and pain medication. I read about Lifeguard supplement in an article and thought why not. It had helped immensely, I no longer have joint pain in hands at all.

I am very sporadic when I take the tablets but feel as though I notice an immediate improvement in the pain I feel in my big toe joint.

My husband and I are taking them for general health but noticed after a couple of weeks that particular longish term aches for us both (back and elbow) had reduced considerable. We were both really surprised and both feel that it could have only been a result of Lifeguard Essentials as nothing else had changed. Thanks for producing such a good product!

Having consistently taken nearly two months of the lifeguard supplement, I'm happy to give some feedback.

Because I had previously been taking a different brand, which promised similar results, I am now quite sure I'm reaping the benefits of the Lifeguard Essentials supplement - warm hands and feet due to improved circulation, more energy, and previous general aches and pains have disappeared. 

 Love it - I am a definite convert!

I’m an active 55. I surf, workout, dive, row, and ride my mountain bike hard. I am also a busy professional. Recovery time started to creep up over the past few years. Since taking LifeGuard on the recommendation of a nieghbour, I have noticed that some of the old niggles have gone away, and I seem to be able to push through and recover from my activities quicker than I was. As an ex-smoker, I suffered poor gum health for years following quitting. I started to take the LifeGuard tablets a short while ago. I did this because I’m in my 40s and I know I have to start taking better care of myself – I’m getting older unfortunately!! I’ve never taken any supplements before but I know that inflammation is a cause of major disease in getting older. If I’m going to take supplements then I want to know that I’m taking a good quality product. I have to say, that as a surprising and noticeable benefit of taking it, my sore arm and hand have vastly improved which is great and a tangible benefit, and I have a better sense of well-being.

I took Lifeguard for two months, after going to a health store asking for a turmeric supplement to help with joint stiffness and general health, and having this product recommended. When that supply ran out I didn’t immediately replenish it. After about a week and a half, I noticed that the stiffness I used to experience in my fingers first thing every morning was back (I’m not sure if it’s arthritis or something else), as well as the occasional pain in one of my knees. I actually hadn’t noticed the easing of these symptoms over the 2 months, but it was certainly noticeable once they returned. I will definitely keep taking this product.
